Our house was on the market for over a year with no hopes of selling it. As luck would have it we had a friend that lived in the neighborhood where we wanted to move and Tgm Properties was renovation a home right across the street from them.. Well we spoke to Todd and he was great. He said he may be able to take our home that had been on the market for year in on a trade for his home.
Todd came out the next day to look at ours and just like that he took our home in on a trade and we got our dream home right in the neighborhood we wanted to live. We could have never imagined a trade in but everything went very well and Tgm properties bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. I would recommend them to anybody.

Jeremy was a huge help to me. In a very overwhelming and stressful time, I was running out of options. Jeremy was the only one who was able to help. He explained everything in a way I could understand and answered any questions I had. He kept me up to date every step of the way. I was definately one of the Warricks most skeptical customers, and I'm sure I drove Phillip nuts! I watched their website for well over a year, making sure everything looked legitimate. My husband and I had both been in the mortgage business for years and had seen lots of deals gone bad! We had gone through some tough financial times and no longer qualified for a loan on the type of home we were looking for. One day I was driving @ the neighorhood I wanted to live and there was another one of Phillip's signs, on a beautiful home. I drove him crazy asking many questions, and making sure everything was just how I wanted it. I can tell you that so far, everything has been exactly as he promised. I have a home I LOVE, and thank God everyday that I get to live here and Phillip gave us a chance. Believe me, our credit was very scary at the time! I never want to move, I am very, very, happy!
